Furniche Pte. Ltd. Reserves all rights not to proceed with delivery in the event of non-fufillment of amount payable.

Furniche Pte. Ltd. Reserves all rights to impose a 5%/month penalty on outstanding amount receivable from lessee.

Furniche Pte. Ltd Reserved the rights to amend the above mentioned policies without prior notice

Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, please see the following cancellation policies;

Small Orders – SGD$5,000.00 & 2 x 14FT trucks or less;

3 days before date of delivery – 50% cancellation charges of total bill

Date of delivery / sent onsite – 100% cancellation charges of total bill

For Conference Scale & Large Orders – for orders above SGD $5,000.00 or 3 x 14FT trucks & above;

From date of order confirmation – 30% cancellation charges of total bill

2 weeks before date of delivery – 50% cancellation charges of total bill

1 week before date of delivery – 70% cancellation charges of total bill

5 days or less before date of delivery / sent onsite – 100% cancellation charges of total bill

Bespoke Hire

Please note for fabricated/bespoke items, there will be no cancellation and Hirer is to borne the full amount payable.

Damage Charges

Loss and damaged item, due to negligence will incur penalty charges.

Take Note

No cancellation will be accepted for delivered items on site, large scale orders or bespoke items. No refunds will be made.

Deposits are all strictly non-refundable.

Furniche reserves the rights to only proceed with delivery and/or installation upon scheduled payment.

Furniche reserves the rights to replace the products or equipment's with another of equivalent value (subjected to availability). Damaged or defective products will be replace with another similar items.
